80 percent of diagnosed diabetic patients are found to be obese. In Type 2 diabetes, body is not able to control your blood sugar properly, which leads to many dangerous diseases. Overweight people are tend to be develop diabetes twice compared to those with normal weight.

The best way to control your blood sugar levels is to start exercising regularly and to start eating healthy food, especially fruits and green vegetables.

3. Respiration

Sleep apnea is an example of being overweight. In this disease, a person when sleeping, stops taking breath for a short period of time and then starts snoring heavily which can lead to heart problems. By doing regular physical activities and losing body weight can easily cure sleep apnea.

Your joints are getting more load and stress, because of your heavy weight which results in gout and Osteoarthritis problems. Pain in the knees and not able to walk for long distance are some serious health problems that is being caused by those unnecessary weight in your body.

It doesn’t matter that whether you are overweight or not, to avoid any kind of health problems, its important to eat right.

A healthy diet should include variety of foods, including whole grains, nuts, pasta, rice, fruits, green vegetables and food that is low in calories and oil. Avoid eating food that are high in calories and oil, commonly known as “junk food”, avoid smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol for a good health, skin, hair and your overall body.

2. Start Exercising

Physical activities that are done on regularly basis is one of the best and most effective way to stay fit and to avoid all kind of major health problems.

We waste most of our free time in watching TV, sending messages on smartphones, which we can utilize for regular exercising. I would recommend you to invest 30 minutes from your daily routine for a healthy body and disease free future.
