Trying to increase our self-esteem is a constant battle for most of us. Trends and media are not doing anything to help us in that manner, to say the least. Friends and family can sometimes help, but usually it comes down to ourselves only. So, what can we do to increase our self-esteem almost instantly? Let’s face it, sometimes we need a quick fix of confidence before an important meeting, exam, job interview or anything important that depends on our performance. This is when we need to convince ourselves that we are good, smart, beautiful and capable of anything.
